2008 NASFT Sofi™ Silver Award Winner for Outstanding Product Line

Culver Duck has won the 2008 Sofi™ Silver, Outstanding Product Line category at the Spring NASFT Fancy Food Show in New York City. Culver Duck Farms was one of over 1,500 entries in 31 categories; and, is now poised to win the specialty food industry's most prestigious honor, BEST of SHOW.

Of the nearly 100,000 specialty food products on display, Culver Duck was judged a winner. Burt Culver, the company's spokesperson commented, "Our product line is continuing to expand and we have even more planned for 2009. Our already extensive line includes six flavors of Smoked Duck Halves—the Roasted took the 2008 Sofi™ Award in the Outstanding Diet and Lifestyle category. "

Also, in the Culver line of products are five flavors of All Natural Marinated Duck Breast fillets, five flavors of All Natural Smoked Duck Sausage, a great tasting Gourmet Maple Duck Snack Stick, All Natural Whole Ducks, HOFO and Confucian Duckling, and Duck Soaps and Lotions.

"We sell everything but the quack," Culver remarked.

The Duckling Council has reported that duck consumption continues to increase confirming the Culver Duck motto: "Meat the Future".
