Culver Duck Farms, Inc. ships within 2 business days of receiving the order unless they are Perishable. Perishable items are shipped Monday through Wednesday only to prevent the possiblity of sitting on a dock over the weekend. Perishable items which require refrigeration are shipped 2-day UPS and are packed frozen in coolers with blue ice packs to retain temperatures. Non-perishable items not requiring refrigeration are shipped UPS ground. If you need an item expedited, please call 800-825-9225 and ask for Donna.
Food items are non-returnable, non-refundable. Non perishable items, such as Duck Soap and Cooking Utensils have a 14 day return policy with a 15% restocking fee. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. |
