| 1 | Package of Culver Italian Duck Sausage (four 3oz sausages) |

| Pasta |
| 1 | Pound of your favorite Pasta (we used Riggatoni) |
| 1/2 | Red Onion |
| 1/2 | Red Bell Pepper |
| 1/2 | Green Bell Pepper |
| 1 | Ounce Fresh Basil |

| Dressing |
| 1/2 | Cup of Olive Oil |
| 1/4 | Cup of Red Wine Vinegar |
| | |
| Parmesan Crisp |
| 1/2 | Ounce Shredded Parmesan per Serving |
Culver Italian Duck Sausage
Grill or bake the Culver Italian Duck Sausage for 2 minutes per side. Set aside until cool.
Cut on the bias into 1/2 inch slices.
Pasta
Cook the pasta until done. Set aside to cool
Prepare Vegetables
Chop onion and peppers into 1/2 inch pieces.
Add chopped vegetables and fresh basil to cooled pasta.
Stir in Dressing mixture and sausage pieces. Mix thoroughly.
Parmesan Crisp
Sprinkle the Shredded Parmesan onto a baking sheet. Be sure to spread out evenly in apprimately 5 inch by 7 inch ovals. You will need one crisp for each plate.
Place in oven at 350 degrees F for five (5) minutes. When edges begin to brown, remove and form as desired. Cheese will harden into a crisp within minutes.
