Skinless Italian Duck Sausage
Cook Culver Skinless Italian Duck Sausage for 2 minutes on each side over medium heat to brown. When cool, cut on bias to make bite-sized pieces.
Lettuce Bed
Arrange lettuce leaves to cover bottom of serving dishes.
Antipasta
Cut the Cherry Tomatoes in half. Slice Salami, provolone cheese, and mozzarella cheese into thin slices. Add Sausage pieces, pepperoni, calamata olives, cherry peppers, and pepperocini and mix lightly.
Serving
Place Italian Duck Sausage Anti-Pasta Mixture on top of the lettuce beds and drizzle with your favorite balsamic glaze.
