| 1 | Large Sun-Dried Tomato Tortilla |
| 6 | Ounces Smoked Duck Meat |
| 3 | Ounces Mexican White Cheese |
| 2 | Ounces Green Onions |
| ½ | Ounces Fresh Cilantro |
| 1 | Ounces Sour Cream |
Culver Smoked Duck Half
Pull Duck Meat from bones.
Shred duck into ½ inch pieces.
Vegetables
Chop Onions and Cilantro into small pieces
Assembly
Lay out tomato tortilla.
Spread with sour cream.
Layer onions, cheese and cilantro (chopped) and duck.
Cook
Fold filled tortilla in half.
Spray both sides with non-stick cooking spray.
Place in hot skillet or on grill.
Cook on both sides for about 2 minutes each.
Serving
Cut into two triangles and serve with Pico di Gallo or your favorite sauce.
