Oven: Preheat 300 degrees F

Place thawed Culver Bistro Smoked Duck Halves on sheet pan and brush with Culver's BBQ. Like it a little spicy? Try our Culver Hot BBQ Sauce.
Place in pre-heated oven and cook for approximately 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees (gourmet). If you choose to grill your Duck Halves, 12 minutes should be plenty. You can also throw them on your George Foreman and be ready to serve in approximately 12 minutes as well.
Seasoned Steak Fries
Cook potatoes in oven or microwave until half done.
Slice lengthwise into wedges.
Season with Culver BBQ Rub and fry until brown.
Arrange Smoked Duckling Half on plate with seasoned fries and a wedge of cornbread and Black Beans and Corn as a side.
