Our Favorite Duck Recipes

Pan-Seared Duck Breast Panini
Serves 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 17 minutes
Duckling Breast
1Package (2 breasts) Culver Duck Original Marinated Breast
 
Panini
2Slices of your Favorite Hearth Bread
2Ounces of Honey Mustard
 
Side Salad
4Ounces of Baby Spinach
8Slices of Apple or Pear
2Ounces of Sun-Dried Cranberries
2Ounces of Pecans
4Ounces of Cherry Vinaigarette
Pan-Seared Duckling Breast
Place Duckling Breast skin-side down in skillet on medium high for 12 to 14 minutes. Cooking time may vary.
Pour off renderings
Turn over and cook an additional 2 minutes (meat should be pink).
Place on Cutting Board and let rest 5 minutes.
Cut on a 45 degree angle into 1/4" slices.

Assembly
Cut Hearth Bread in 1/2 on the bias.
Spread Honey Mustard on each slice.
Next arrange the sliced Duckling Breast on top.

Salad
Mix baby spinich with slices of apples or pears, pecans and sun-dried cranberries.
Sprinkle with Cherry Vinaigarette.
