Duck Burgers

Ingredients

2lb Culver Duck all natural ground duck

2 Tbsp onion minced

2 tsp garlic minced

4 Tbsp bread crumbs or crackers

1 egg

Salt and pepper to taste

Hamburger buns

Cheese slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet or grill to medium heat

  2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl

  3. Separate mixed duck into 4-6 patties.

  4. Place burgers in skillet or on grill flipping routinely until internal temperature reaches 155F.

  5. Place on buns, top with cheese and other toppings of choice

  6. Enjoy!
