Duck Egg Pasta


3 duck eggs

2 cups white all purpose flour

pinch of salt


  1. Pour flour onto countertop and create a well in the middle

  2. Break eggs into the well.

  3. Stir, mix, and knead the dough until completely mixed together.

  4. Plop the dough onto a floured purpose.

  5. Roll dough into a very thin sheet or use a pasta roller.

  6. Cut pasta into thin strips and drop into boiling water. Boil 3-4 min or until desired texture is reached.
