Jalapeno Duck Poppers


10 Jalapeno peppers

10 Slices of bacon, cut in half

1 8oz package of cream cheese

1/2 bottle hickory smoke marinade


  1. Cut duck breast into 1 inch slices and place duck in a bowl with Allegro Marinade overnight.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  3. Cut the jalapenos in half and scoop out seeds and ribs.

  4. Fill jalapeno halves with cream cheese and place a duck slice on each cream cheese filled jalapeno half.

  5. Wrap each jalapeno with bacon halves.

  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until bacon reaches desired crispiness.
